Most in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive it within 1-2 business days, pending availability and credit verification.

Occasionally, depending on the shipping location or due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer to be delivered. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item is out of stock, for credit verification issues or due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. Customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs.

Please note orders to the EU are subject to delays the couriers face with border clearance processes.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Our Easy Returns Policy:

We hope you are completely satisfied with your VALIMARE purchase.

However, we understand you may wish to return an item, and we have a very easy returns process.

You can return an item for a full refund (less shipping costs) for any reason up to 14 days from the date of receipt.

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error.

We are more than happy to arrange a home collection upon request.

Please email and we will arrange home collection and email you a shipping label. We will organise this for you and send you all the information. The courier company will collect it from your address. Please note that if you request us to organise this service, we will deduct a low shipping cost from your refund, there are no extra costs involved.

Otherwise, we advise you to send your return via signed for or special delivery services. Our customer services team will provide the relevant return address.

Items must be returned in their original unused condition, with all labels and hygiene strips intact.

In the interest of hygiene, please wear underwear when trying on briefs and avoid make up coming into contact with underwear or clothing when trying them on. We may refuse to refund or exchange if it is clear this hasn't been done, and return the goods to you.

How to return an item

1. Please email to request a refund and we will provide instructions of how and where to return the item.

2. In order to prepare the item(s) for return, you can re-use the VALIMARE box(es) that your order was shipped in, place your item(s) inside and tape the box securely.

After we have received the returned items, we will process the refund in the same form of payment that you originally used.

We aim to process refunds and exchanges the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

Return Exceptions

Items that have been worn, used, soiled, altered, or missing hygiene strips or garment hang tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Faulty Item

In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we'll be happy to replace it for you, please contact customer services quoting your order number, your name and address, details / image of the faults, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Wrong item received

Discount codes & vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
